Senior Web Developer (Next.js / React)
Full-time, Harare (remote-friendly)
You will design and build production web applications and marketing sites using Next.js, React and modern tooling. You care about performance, clean code and user experience. You are comfortable owning a project end-to-end and collaborating with designers and strategists.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building production web applications with React
- Strong Next.js or equivalent modern framework experience
- Comfortable with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Eye for design and obsession with performance
Digital Marketing Lead
Full-time, Harare
You will own client marketing strategies end-to-end — from audit and planning through to execution and reporting. You will manage SEO, social media, paid campaigns and content for a portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in digital marketing with demonstrable results
- Strong SEO, analytics and paid advertising knowledge
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent written communication and strategic thinking
Junior Designer
Full-time, Harare
You will support brand identity projects, web design and marketing collateral. You have a strong portfolio, fresh ideas and a willingness to learn from senior creatives. This is a growth role — we invest in people who show promise.

- A portfolio that shows strong visual design skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Interest in brand systems, not just one-off designs
